Nikki was my realtor, and she was absolutely amazing. The Two Lanes team, Nikki and Adam, went above and beyond throughout both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. It truly felt like I was getting two realtors for the price of one.

Neither transaction was particularly easy, and there were challenges on both the buying and selling sides. Nikki handled every hurdle with professionalism, kept me informed every step of the way, and always made sure I understood any changes or issues that came up.

One thing I really appreciated was how Nikki and Adam worked together as a team. Their tag-team approach meant I always received a timely response, and having two experienced professionals involved gave me confidence that nothing was being overlooked.

I originally connected with the Two Lanes team through Zillow. When I toured a home with them, both Nikki and Adam attended the walkthrough. I was impressed by how they pointed out not only the positives of the property but also potential concerns, helping me make an informed decision rather than simply trying to make a sale.

Nikki is THE BEST! We were purchasing a second home in Myrtle Beach and live in AZ. She did EVERYTHING remotely and made us feel like we had known her forever! She was professional, smart, in-tune with our needs and wants , took the time to explain the whole process to us and had referrals for every possible thing we could have wanted. I would trust Nikki to do ALL of our future purchases! 10/10 recommend. You will not be disappointed. Her knowledge of real estate and past job experiences was a huge asset to us at every twist and turn of this process! Buying a vacation home with Nikki was amazing! We were buying from out of the area and they provided all of the information we needed to make an informed decision, including walk-through videos and numerous phone calls.
